DN NURSE NEEDS TO BE MORE OPEN ABOUT YOUR TESTS , 3 MINS IN AND OUT FOR YEARLY CHECK UP PHEW A BIT TOO FAST , NO ADIVICE GIVEN , TOO READY TO GIVE YOU DRUGS , NO FOOT CARE !!! AT ALL THIS TIME , MANY - MANY PEOPLE SEEING THIS NURSE SAYING MUTCH THE SAME , SHE SHOULD BE THE FONT OF ALL KNOWAGE , BUT SHE IS NOT , NEEDS TO TALK TO US ALL MORE AVISE MORE AND STOP THE DRUGS AS A CURE ALL THERE ARE OTHER WAYS , NEED TO GIVE US MORE INFO OFFER PRINT OUTS AND TALK THROUGHS BET YOU WILL NOT PRINT THIS

diabtic team tells you very little , can not see the point of going for review yearly, should talk more to there customers , a bit of music in waiting areas be good , drinking water on hot days two would be good too. but mostly good all round

I have been trying to get an appointment online for a few days but it said to contact the practice. On phoning I was told I was unable to make an appointment as they have closed their appointment books to limit numbers. Previously I have always had a great experience with Eden but they fact I am not allowed to book an appointment for my day off is ridiculous and very disappointing

Dn poor in & out in less then 5mins during my diabetic review , told to watch my blood sugar levels , but refused meter to check it, poor diet advice if any , she did not want to talk about blood tests , Iam not the only diabetic to think this way about her

All staff were helpful and courteous the nurse I saw explained what she was doing and why. The surgery was up to its usual high standards of cleanliness.
